Just 1 hr (97kms) from Perth to totally unwind in this beautiful cottage set amongst the tall jarrah trees of Dwellingup. This newly built replica mill cottage can sleep up to 6. Features three big bedrooms, all with Queen Beds and electric blankets....
All linen supplied including towels. We are an Adult only getaway.
Wood fire/air conditioner for all year comfort with TV and DVD. A fully equipped large kitchen/dining area plus deck outback with BBQ supplied.
A Little On Dwellingup...
A great little hidden gem in W.A and if nature's your thing, Dwellingup delivers in spades. It's one of only a handful of town sites which offer world-class tails.
Conveniently located, we are close to town and 200m from State Forest for lovely walks, a 10 minute drive to the Murray River for canoeing, swimming and picnics. Choose from 7 different day walks on the Bibbulman Track or for those after a Forest Cycling Adventure take a ride on the World Class Munda Biddi Bike Trail. There is also the incredible, newly built Trees Adventures - In Lane Poole Park. You'll also find wineries, café's, art gallery and a world famous Heritage Centre.
We are just a 5 minutes walk to the train station where you can climb aboard the train to see the forest from either a steam train (in winter months) or a diesel- powered converted open freight wagon with tram seating.
On Saturday nights, the dining cars come out where you can have a dining experience from yesteryear. The large picture windows give an eerily beautiful view of the forest lit by the train's strategically placed lights.

Summary: Great location. Easy to walk to local pub for meals and pick up odds and ends at the general store. Milltree cottage is charming, comfortable and a home away from home.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. The house was surrounded by other homes but it felt like we were right in the middle of nature, with a gorgeous back deck to relax at and even a fireplace pit to boot. The house itself was so comfy and spacious with an easy to build fireplace and super comfortable beds. The location was also fantastic with hikes and paths nearby to explore. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in this wonderful town.

Summary: 3 girls on a weekend break. We loved our accomadation.Fire wood for inside and outside which we loved.House clean, nice linen.FYI we had to purchase more toilet paper.Also 1 bed wasnt made up with no towel.We found linen in a cupboard and made up. We are unsure why this happened.We will return and did very much enjoy our stay

Summary: We had a wonderful getaway at the cottage. The property was very clean and comfortable. The prepared fire, wood and electric blankets all ensured a really cosy winter stay. It had all the equipment and material that we needed for the weekend. We already want to plan to come back!
